The presenter, Dr. Jennifer Tininenko, licensed clinical psychologist and Director of the Child Anxiety Center at EBTCS. She will lead an eye-opening discussion on the real effects of screens on adolescent mental health. Dr. Tininenko will break down what the research says about social media, gaming, and screen time—and how these digital habits can contribute to stress, sleep issues, and anxiety.
Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with others, share their experiences, and learn about strategies to help their children establish healthy screen boundaries, reduce technology-related stress, and promote emotional resilience in their teens.
