SSALD ADHD Coach Webinar

Description
SSALD (Special Services and Learning Differences, a PTA committee) is thrilled to invite you to an upcoming webinar with ADHD coach and consultant Jessica Hespelt, founder of BrainBrakes. I have spoken with Jessica and she is fantastic! This session is all about supporting parents of children with ADHD or challenges related to executive functioning. Jessica will break down what ADHD is, how to set realistic expectations, and how to tell the difference between helping and enabling. She’ll also share practical tools to help your child thrive at school and at home. Plus, we’ll dive into how ADHD can shape long-term health, behavior, and identity—and what you can do to build resilience and confidence in your child. Whether you have a diagnosis in hand or you're still figuring things out, you'll walk away from this webinar feeling informed, empowered, and not alone.
